PROJECT
Acted as a quality assurance consultant to oversee construction of 135 townhouses in order to identify and report the construction defects.
The focus was to oversee the construction activities to recognise deviations from original construction documentation and identify construction defects during construction process related to concrete works, framing, structural steel, waterproofing, cladding and finishes.
