Do I require to have Home Warranty Insurance?
The Home Warranty Insurance is required for the projects value $16,000 and above. The cost of the insurance vary depending on value and nature of the project.

The Home Warranty Insurance is always incorporated in Project on Time quotations.

Do I have to enter into building contract?

The Building Regulations state that if construction works value is above $5,000 a written major domestic building contract must be signed between parties.

What is deposit amount I have to pay for the construction works?
Domestic Building Contract Act states that maximum of 5% deposit have to be paid if contract value is $20,000 and above and maximum 10% of deposit have to be paid if a contract value is below $20,000.
